This year the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Science Education Alliance selected ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ to be an associate member and participant in a national bacteriophages experiment. ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ faculty received special training last summer and implemented the experiment into their introductory biology classes.

Walking across campus seems so simple. But it’s not for Andrea Frey. Born with cerebral palsy, the ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ senior tries to navigate campus like most others despite challenges to her walking gait and balance.

Dr. Fred Ohles, President of ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ, awarded degrees to approximately 575 undergraduate and graduate students during ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ’s 125th annual commencement held Saturday, May 17.

A ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ senior has won a Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship that will take her to Rwanda this summer.
