While studying in Mexico, Knox gave a bilingual presentation at a high school in Puebla where her host mom teaches.

Knox visited her host dad's relatives where she learned to make tortillas.

Knox takes an excursion near Cuetzalan, Puebla, near the famous Pata del Perro.

Knox enjoys the view on the staircase to the Gran Piramide de Cholula, the world's largest pyramid.
