Nikki is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at ¶¶ÒõÊÓƵ, having completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work at Wesleyan in 2022. She is employed full-time at a non-profit organization in Omaha, where she focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion education and training. Nikki's clinical interests encompass neurodiversity, self-esteem and empowerment, and anxiety disorders. She adopts a person-centered and holistic approach to client interactions that is both strengths-based and collaborative. Nikki is dedicated to fostering an empathetic and non-judgmental environment, allowing clients to present their authentic selves. In her free time, Nikki enjoys outdoor activities, photography, podcasts, reading, and spending time with her pets.
